Orders and Delivery

Product Representation

Please note that while we strive for accuracy in the representation of our products, there may be variations in the visual appearance due to photographic and screen limitations. The plant delivered may not exactly match the image shown on the website, as plants are living organisms that naturally vary in appearance. We entrust the care of the purchased goods to the customer post-delivery, and Delivertree cannot be held responsible for the condition of goods thereafter.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products ordered and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Process

Our delivery personnel will deliver your order to the specified address, contingent upon product availability and within the agreed timeframe. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will notify you promptly, providing the earliest possible delivery date.

If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the products will be left at the front door or gate, and photographic evidence of the delivery will be taken. Please be aware that you assume responsibility for any damage or theft that occurs post-delivery. In instances where a dog is present and prevents safe delivery, the products will be left at the front gate to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.

The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time your order is placed. While we endeavor to maintain stock availability as presented on our website, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
