Damaged Goods
We take utmost care in ensuring the safe delivery of your plants. However, if you receive goods that have been damaged due to our handling or during delivery by our personnel, you are entitled to a return and refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, or neglect of the plant post-delivery. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases and to promptly and adequately care for the plants upon receipt to ensure their health and growth.
